Partnerships that make sense.

We connect established creators with brands their audiences actually care about.

HireLead Outreach helps creators build commercially valuable brand relationships through targeted sponsorship sourcing and proactive outreach.

Selective representation. Performance-led partnerships.

What we do

Creator partnerships, built proactively.

Many creators rely heavily on inbound sponsorship enquiries. A brand finds the channel, sends an email, and a conversation either happens or it doesn't. Inbound works, but it limits a creator to the brands that happen to be looking.

HireLead adds the outbound side. We research companies whose products genuinely fit the audience, find the people who actually hold partnership budgets, and start the conversation on the creator's behalf.

The aim isn't more offers. It's better ones.

  • Who the audience actually is, and what they buy
  • How the content works, and where a sponsor segment fits
  • The demographics a brand asks for before committing budget
  • The categories where the creator carries real authority
  • Where the channel sits commercially against its peers

For creators

More than waiting for brands to find you.

We run the sponsorship side of a channel like a sales function: research, outreach, qualification and follow-through, so the creator can stay on the content.

Sponsorship sourcing

We research companies and campaigns that align with the creator's audience, content and commercial positioning, rather than whoever happens to be advertising loudest.

Brand outreach

We identify the appropriate brand and marketing decision-makers and approach them with personalised partnership outreach.

Opportunity qualification

We establish genuine interest, budget context and campaign detail before an opportunity ever reaches the creator.

Deal support

We keep the conversation moving, handling follow-ups, scheduling and coordination until a qualified discussion reaches agreement.

Creators retain final control over every partnership.

No monthly retainer

Nothing to pay upfront and no recurring agency cost.

Performance-led

We're paid only on sponsorship opportunities HireLead originates, under terms agreed in advance.

Not full management

We handle sponsorship sourcing and outreach. Existing managers, editors and inbound deals stay exactly as they are.

Non-exclusive available

Arrangements are agreed individually. Exclusivity isn't a requirement of working together.

Discuss Representation

For brands

Creators selected for fit — not simply follower count.

We work with selected creators across technology, finance, business, education and entertainment, and we introduce brands to the ones whose audiences actually match the campaign.

A large channel in a loosely related category will usually underperform a smaller one whose viewers are already in the market for the product. That's the judgement we bring to a recommendation.

What we weigh up

  • Audience relevance to the product
  • Content style and how a sponsor segment would land
  • Brand alignment and suitability
  • Campaign objectives, from awareness to sign-ups and sales
  • Creator positioning and credibility in the category

How we help

  • Creator discovery against a brief
  • Partnership introductions
  • Initial communication on both sides
  • Campaign discussions and requirements
  • Sponsorship coordination through to agreement

How it works

Four steps, start to signature.

The process is deliberately simple. Nothing reaches a creator until there's a real brand, a real contact and a real reason to talk.

01

Understand

We learn the creator, the audience, the content and the sponsorship categories that make commercial sense — and the ones that don't.

02

Research

We identify relevant brands, live campaigns and the specific decision-makers responsible for creator budgets.

03

Outreach

We approach suitable brands with a personalised partnership proposal built around the creator's audience, not a template.

04

Connect

Where genuine interest exists, we introduce the opportunity and help progress the sponsorship conversation to agreement.

Why HireLead

Boutique on purpose.

We intentionally keep our creator roster selective so our focus remains on actively creating opportunities, not simply adding creators to a database.

Proactive sourcing takes real hours per creator — reading the channel, mapping the category, finding the right contact and writing outreach worth replying to. That only works at a small scale, so that's the scale we've chosen.

Selective representation

A small roster is what makes genuine prospecting possible. We'd rather do the work properly for a few creators than superficially for many.

Active sponsorship prospecting

Outreach runs continuously, not only when a brand happens to get in touch. The pipeline is built rather than waited for.

Aligned incentives

With no retainer, we earn when a partnership we originated goes ahead. If it doesn't work for the creator, it doesn't work for us.

Direct communication

You deal directly with whoever is handling your outreach. Straight answers on where a conversation stands, and no passing you between account contacts.

Our creator focus

Built for creators with valuable audiences.

Sponsorship value follows the audience, not the subscriber count. A 120,000-subscriber channel watched by software engineers or business owners can carry more commercial weight than a much larger general audience, because the viewer is either the buyer or the person who signs off the budget.

These are the categories we focus on today. Strong creators outside them are welcome to get in touch where the commercial fit is clear.

Technology & AI

Consumer tech, software, developer tools and AI products, where audiences are early adopters and buyers.

Finance & investing

Personal finance, markets and investing channels with audiences that act on what they watch.

Business & entrepreneurship

Founders, operators and business commentary reaching decision-makers with purchasing authority.

Education & professional development

Skills, careers and learning content with engaged, intent-driven viewers.

Entertainment

Entertainment and lifestyle formats where the audience and the sponsorship opportunity are commercially suitable.

Category matters less than fit. If your audience is valuable and well defined, the conversation is worth having.

Follower count is the least useful number in a sponsorship conversation.

Brands pay for attention they can measure and trust. So before we pitch a channel, we look at what a sponsor will ask about anyway.

  • Average views
  • Audience demographics
  • Audience purchasing power
  • Engagement quality
  • Content quality
  • Brand safety
  • Creator credibility
  • Sponsorship fit

Our approach to brand fit

Relevance before reach.

A sponsorship has to work three ways at once. The creator has to be comfortable recommending the product. The audience has to have a real use for it. The brand has to see a return worth repeating.

When one of those is missing, the campaign underperforms, the creator's audience notices, and nobody renews.

So we research potential sponsors on compatibility rather than volume: what the product costs, who buys it, whether the audience is in that market, and whether the brand already invests in creator partnerships. Approaching twenty well-matched companies is worth more than approaching two thousand irrelevant ones.

The creator

The product is something they can talk about credibly, in their own words, without undermining the channel.

The audience

The viewers are plausible customers — right market, right price point, right moment.

The brand

The placement reaches the people the brand is trying to reach, at a cost that makes sense against the objective.

Common questions

The details, up front.

Who are HireLead Outreach?
A boutique creator partnerships and sponsorship sales agency. We work with a selective roster of established creators, sourcing brand sponsorships and running the outreach that turns them into paid partnerships.
Do creators pay a retainer?
No. HireLead operates on a performance-led structure. There's no monthly cost and nothing to pay to start a conversation.
How does HireLead get paid?
We earn from sponsorship opportunities and deals that HireLead originates, under commercial terms agreed with the creator in advance. Terms are set individually before any outreach begins.
Do creators choose which sponsors they accept?
Yes. The creator maintains final approval over every partnership. We bring qualified opportunities; the decision is always theirs.

Not necessarily. Commercial arrangements are agreed individually, and non-exclusive arrangements can be available. Existing inbound deals and managers can stay exactly as they are.
